How It Works

Initial Provider Consultation — $250

Your initial visit includes a comprehensive consultation with one of our medical providers to review your health history, weight loss goals, and treatment options. This appointment also includes education related to GLP-1 therapy and any necessary lab draws to ensure safe prescribing.

Laboratory testing may be billed to insurance when coverage allows. Any labs not covered by insurance are the patient’s responsibility.

Follow-Up Provider Visit — $175

Follow-up visits with a provider allow for ongoing evaluation of progress, medication adjustments as needed, and continued medical oversight to support safe and effective treatment.

Follow-Up Nurse Visit — $50

Nurse visits are available for routine follow-ups, monitoring, and services that do not require a full provider evaluation.

A nurse visit is required every three months to continue prescription medications and ensure ongoing safety and effectiveness of treatment.
